Story: a very old man won the lottery for a million dollars. This
worries his wife. She thought even $100- makes him happy, so $1million
is too much & it might just kill him!
She sought
help from the priest. The priest reassure her, he knows how the human
mind works. He accompany her home to "break" the news to the old man.
The priest ask the old man, "suppose you won the lottery of $1million,
what would you do?" The old man thought for a while & said " I would
give half to the church!"
The priest fell down- dead! It was too much!!!!

even happiness can kill you, because you get so involved. What I'm
saying is if you dont choose, if you remain alert & aware that this
is how life is- life goes on bad good, you just witness it. No clinging
to happiness, no escape from suffering. You remain in yourself- centered
rooted. This is what bliss is.
